Jordan Estates Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc. (JESHOA) is a Non-profit organization and the legal Homeowners' Association of Jordan Estates Subdivision in Noveleta Cavite. With its primary objective to plan and enforce Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions in the community.

We are also responsible to construct, manage, maintain and operate adequate facilities and services for our homeowners; and to initiate and organize socio-cultural projects and activities to awaken community consciousness and belonging.

JESHOA is a registered Homeowners' Association with Registration No. 14747 at the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (former HLURB), and is governed by the Volunteer Board of Directors.

JESHOA successfully exercised the HOA Election held last Jul 16, 2023.

ANNOUNCEMENT!

Subject: Project Monthly Dues New Rate and Official Collecting Agency.

Magandang araw sa ating lahat.

Ipinagbibigay alam ng JESHOA, isang buwan mula po ngayon o July 24, 2023 ay ipatutupad na ang pagbabagong hiniling at sinang-ayunan ng nakararaming residente ng Jordan Estates subdivision. Upang patuloy na maging maayos, tumaas ang kalidad, at mapanatili ang payapang pamumuhay, ang pag-increase ng Association Dues at kunin ang serbisyo ng isang lehitimong collecting agency ay mga hakbang upang maging consistent at stable ang finances ng HOA, at maibigay ang mga kinakailangang serbisyo ng ating komunidad.

Simula July 24, 2023 ay isasama na ang approved Association Dues sa ating mga Statement of Accounts (SOA) NA kasamang ise-settle sa inyong outstanding bill.

Ang mga common o Frequently Asked Questions ay kasama ng post na ito, mamamahagi rin and HOA ng eksaktong kopya bilang official notice sa bawat tahanan na magsisimula ngayong araw.
