For renewal of business permit and those with existing record in JESHOA, please get your HOA Certification from Asst. Secretary

Requirements:

• Updated monthly dues

• Pay the corresponding fee

For new applicant without business record in JESHOA

Requirements:

• Photocopy of DTI Business Registration or Certificate

• Updated monthly dues

• Pay the corresponding fee
