Operation: Common Area

Operation Common Area is an action of JESHOA Board of Directors to recover, rehabilitate and regulate the use of common area to benefit the general homeowners. Our goal is to possibly resolve the problem in parking, having additional income or funds and fair use of the common areas and spaces.

Yesterday, October 8, 2022, the HOA Board of Directors personally delivered the notice to homeowners that occupies and construct structures in common areas like open spaces and roads.
